This Transportation Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs all transportation services provided by Dorost Transportation ("Dorost," "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By requesting, reserving, booking, or using any service provided by Dorost Transportation, the customer ("Customer," "Passenger," "Client," "You," or "Your") agrees to be legally bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.
These terms apply to all services provided within the States of Kansas and Missouri, including but not limited to the Kansas City metropolitan region.
1.1 Reservations may be made by telephone, text message, email, website booking system, or through any official booking platform authorized by Dorost Transportation.
1.2 A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
1.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including:
1.4 A reservation becomes confirmed only after Dorost Transportation issues written or electronic confirmation.
1.5 Dorost Transportation reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations due to operational limitations, safety concerns, or regulatory requirements.
2.1 Airport transportation services are billed at $2.00 per mile unless a flat rate or custom quote is issued in writing.
2.2 Additional charges may apply including but not limited to:
2.3 Prices quoted do not include gratuity unless explicitly stated.
2.4 Dorost Transportation reserves the right to adjust pricing if the service scope changes after booking.
3.1 A 10 minute grace period is provided for standard residential or business pickups.
3.2 After the grace period expires, waiting time will be charged at $1.00 per minute.
3.3 Waiting time begins at the scheduled pickup time.
3.4 If the passenger cannot be located or contacted within 20 minutes, the ride may be classified as a No Show and charged in full.
4.1 Meet and Greet service at airports includes the driver parking the vehicle, entering the terminal, and meeting the passenger inside the arrival area with a name sign.
4.2 Meet and Greet service is subject to additional charges including:
4.3 Grace period for airport arrivals:
4.4 Waiting time beyond the grace period will be billed at $1.00 per minute.
5.1 Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
5.2 Cancellations within 4 hours of service may be charged up to 100 percent of the reserved fare.
5.3 Reservations are considered No Shows if:
5.4 No Show reservations are charged 100 percent of the fare.
6.1 All passengers must comply with Kansas and Missouri motor vehicle laws including seatbelt requirements.
6.2 The following activities are prohibited in Dorost vehicles:
6.3 Dorost Transportation reserves the right to terminate service immediately if a passenger's behavior poses a safety risk.
6.4 Service terminated due to passenger misconduct does not qualify for a refund.
7.1 Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or members of their party.
7.2 If a passenger causes biological contamination of the vehicle including but not limited to vomit, bodily fluids, or hazardous substances, a minimum cleaning and sanitation fee of $250.00 will be charged.
7.3 Additional fees may apply if professional detailing, repair, or vehicle downtime is required.
7.4 Dorost Transportation reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any cleaning or repair costs.
8.1 By providing a credit or debit card at the time of booking, the customer authorizes Dorost Transportation to charge the card for:
8.2 The cardholder agrees that charges may be processed after completion of service if additional fees apply.
8.3 The customer waives the right to dispute charges that are consistent with the terms outlined in this Agreement.
9.1 Corporate accounts may be established subject to approval by Dorost Transportation.
9.2 Corporate clients may receive monthly invoicing terms when approved in writing.
9.3 Payment terms for corporate accounts are Net 15 days unless otherwise agreed.
9.4 Late payments may incur interest charges permitted by Kansas and Missouri law.
9.5 Dorost Transportation reserves the right to suspend corporate accounts with unpaid balances.
10.1 Dorost Transportation is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen personal belongings.
10.2 Items left in the vehicle may be returned if located, however delivery or handling fees may apply.
11.1 Dorost Transportation will make reasonable efforts to provide punctual service.
11.2 Dorost Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by events outside of its control including:
11.3 Dorost Transportation shall not be liable for missed flights, appointments, or events.
12.1 Dorost Transportation reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity or class if the originally scheduled vehicle becomes unavailable.
13.1 Dorost Transportation may subcontract services to licensed transportation providers when necessary.
13.2 In such cases the customer agrees to comply with the operating policies of the subcontracted provider.
14.1 The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dorost Transportation, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
14.2 This indemnification includes reasonable legal fees and costs incurred by Dorost Transportation in defending such claims.
15.1 Dorost Transportation liability for any claim related to transportation services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific trip in dispute.
15.2 Dorost Transportation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and the State of Kansas as applicable to the location where services are performed.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located within the Kansas City metropolitan jurisdiction.
